Traditional Self Sever Buffet Pickup (Online Ordering Available) and Delivery, Full Service Buffet, and Food Truck Service

Do you do Selling Events?
While most of our events are Private Catering – We do Public Selling Events such as Walnut Wednesday, Lakewood Summer Solstice, Employee Lunches, and Neighborhood Food Truck Nights.
Is there a minimum?
Full Service Buffet and Food Truck Service have minimums depending on the date and time. Traditional Self Serve Catering is available with NO minimum.
How many people can you serve?
We have served 500+ People at a single event. We can serve over 100 people in an hour.
How long do you serve?
Typical Catering includes up to 2 hours of service (or until everyone is served) – although we are flexible based on the event and number of eaters. Extra hours can also be added for an additional fee.
How much food should I order?
We offer Pre-Configured Catering Packages priced per person. Just tell us how many people, and we’ll take care of the rest! Drinks, Deserts, and Additional Items can always be added to the Packages.
*Meat is also available A la Carte by the Half Pound and Sides by the Pint/Quart/Pan for Self Serve Catering

How many trucks do I need for my event?
For Catering, 30-40 people generally covers the Food Truck (And Service Buffet) minimum for a weekday lunch, and 75 – 100 on the Weekend.
For Selling Events, the rule of thumb is approximately 20-25% of the attendees purchase food. *Unless it’s a Food Truck Specific Event/Rally.
What does the customer need to Provide?
Our Food Truck is fully self contained! The only thing we need are Menu Choices, a Final Count of Eaters, and a safe, flat spot to park the Truck.
We setup the Buffet (Delivery or Full Service) on tables or service counter provided by the venue or customer.
How do I book?
Once you decide you want to book – we’ll pencil you in on the calendar and send a 25% Deposit Invoice. We’ll then need your Menu choices and final count a week before the event (Although your Menu is welcome as early as possible to organize from our suppliers).
*Note: Dates are “First Come First Served” and are not locked in until the 25% Deposit is received.
